The company’s purpose is to deliver total client satisfaction primarily in architectural design and planning services using up to date design and associated equipment & to comply with current legislation & other applicable requirements in all our activities for clients throughout the UK. This is achieved by a commitment to client focus, effective process management. continuous improvement of the systems and processes involved and full involvement of all staff in the business processes This policy is applied to all the operations when setting objectives within our business operations and is monitored, reviewed and updated to ensure its Continual Improvement & legal compliance.. This QMS is appropriate to the purpose & context of the Company and supports its strategic direction & provides a framework for setting business objectives and is monitored, reviewed and updated to ensure it continues to satisfy applicable requirements & continual improvement of the QMS Quality is the collective and mandatory responsibility of all personnel and our policy will only be achieved by the commitment and team effort of all employees and adherence to the QMS requirements. All personnel will be trained in their role within the Quality Management System and the relevant parts of it will be issued to certain persons involved in the management and inspection of quality to enable them to take action needed to operate it successfully.
