Woodhall are pleased to announce that one of its recent projects was recognised at the prestigious Inside Housing Development Awards in London.  The refurbishment of the Grade II listed building to form nine apartments was completed in 2016. The project was recognised as a finalist in the “Best Affordable Rural Housing Development” category and our client Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association was the only West Yorkshire based housing association in attendance at the awards ceremony.

Leeds City Council has recently granted planning permission for the erection of a student accommodation scheme within the Woodhouse Square and Hanover Square Conservation Area. Woodhall provided design advice and prepared a Heritage Statement to accompany the application submission.
